In this mortgage foreclosure case, plaintiff-appellant Nancy Gardner appeals the district court’s grant of the motion of the defendants-appellees, Quicken Loans, Inc., Flagstar Bank, FSB, and Potestivo and Associates, P.C., to dismiss for failure to state a claim upon which relief can be granted. We affirm.
