This is an action by an alien, Lilliana Di Battista, against the Commissioner of Immigration and Naturalization, The Attorney General of the United States, and The United States, for judicial review of and declaratory relief from an order of The District Director of Immigration and Naturalization in the Baltimore District declaring the conditions of a departure bond breached.
