This matter came before the court on the appeal of Appellant JPMorgan Chase Bank, National Association (“Chase”), of the Bankruptcy Court’s Order confirming the reorganization plan (Doc. 1-3) (the “Plan”) of Debtor John Thomas Galaske, Sr. (Doc. 4).
