This adversary proceeding is before the Court upon Avery Phillips D/B/A Statewide Ignition Wire’s (“Plaintiffs”) complaint objecting to defendant’s discharge pursuant to 11 U.S.C. § 727(a)(2), (a)(3), and (a)(4).
