This proceeding is before the Court on the Motion to Dismiss Adversary Proceeding filed by Defendants Reed and Suzanne Seligman (“Defendants”). (Docket No. 10). Plaintiff, Bank of America (“Plaintiff’), seeks to deny Defendants’ discharge pursuant to 11 U.S.C. § 727(a)(2)(A), (a)(2)(B), (a)(3), (a)(4) and (a)(5).
