In this adversary proceeding, the Chapter 11 Trustee seeks to avoid as preferential transfers payments made by the debtor to the defendant Rollins Cotton Company (“Rollins”) in the amount of $22,-028,569.52. Rollins answered and filed a third party complaint against Bankers Trust Company (“BTCo”) and L & S Cotton Systems, Inc. (“L & S”).
