In this adversary proceeding, the Chapter 11 Trustee seeks to avoid as preferential transfers payments made by The Julien Company (“debtor”) to the defendant Rollins Cotton Company (“Rollins”) in the amount of $22,028,569.52. Rollins answered and filed a third party complaint against Bankers Trust Company (“BTCo”) and L & S Cotton Systems, Inc. (“L & S”).
