Sears Roebuck and Company (Sears) petitions and Radio Shack cross-petitions for review of an opinion of the Workers’ Compensation Board (Board) that affirmed in part, reversed in part, and remanded an opinion of the Administrative Law Judge (ALJ). The two former employers of ap-pellee Bobby Dennis contest the Board’s determinations with respect to their liability for disability and medical benefits.
