This is an appeal by the complainant from an order entered dissolving a temporary injunction which had been issued, dismissing its suit for want of equity, and assessing damages against it in the sum of $22.50.

The bill of complaint was filed December 17, 1921, and prayed an injunction against the enforcement of a judgment entered July 12, 1921, in favor of defendant and against the complainant. The bill alleges that this judgment was entered by a justice of the peace of Cook County, Illinois.
