i. OVERVIEW

In July 2006, plaintiffs Emily Tellin and Matthew Werfelman were visiting the K. I. Sawyer Learning Center, located in Forsyth Township, Michigan. Plaintiffs were injured when an I-beam was dislodged and fell on them.
