An estate representative is required to obtain possession of estate records and assets and, where reasonable, pursue estate claims against third parties. The primary question before us is whether the trial court clearly abused its discretion by ordering the estate representative for a deceased lawyer be given access to correspondence to which' the deceased lawyer was a party where that correspondence may be relevant to a fee-sharing dispute between the estate and a law firm.
