Plaintiff was the owner of four motor trucks (equipped -with pneumatic tires), which he used in the business of transporting freight, under the name of the "Sioux City Motor Express. ’ ’ His headquarters were in Sioux City, and, as we understand it, his place of operation was in Woodbury County and adjoining territory. These trucks had a manufacturer’s rated loading capacity of two and one-half tons each, but plaintiff alleges that he regularly hauled from five- to seven-ton loads upon each of said trucks.
