This is an ad valorem tax case concerning the value of a piece of residential property. Burnet Central Appraisal District (the “Appraisal District”) appeals from a district court judgment that lowered the appraised value of property belonging to Louis G. Millmeyer and Sharon Millmeyer (the “Millmeyers”) and awarded the Mill-meyers attorneys’ fees.
