THORNBERRY, Circuit Judge:
Mel Croan Motors, a Volkswagen dealer in Houston, Texas, petitions for review and the Board cross-petitions for enforcement of an order wherein it found that petitioner committed unfair labor practices in violation of section 8(a) (1) of the National Labor Relations Act (29 U.S.C. § 151 et seq.). The Board adopted the trial examiner’s findings and recommended order.
