Arnett, brought this action against appellants and defendants below, American Life & Accident Insurance Company of Kentucky (hereinafter referred to as the Company) and John M. McTeer, Sr., to recover the value of a security, known in the record as the Goldschmidt note and mortgage, including certain sums defendants had collected thereon, alleging that defendants had fraudulently obtained the security from her.
