In this action plaintiff seeks to recover damages from the city of Coffeyville, for personal injuries sustained by reason of an alleged defect in the parking between the curbing and sidewalk. *800Defendant’s motion to make the petition definite and certain and its general demurrer to the petition were both overruled, and defendant appeals.
