{¶ 1} Defendant-appellant (hereinafter “defendant”) Andre S. Myers appeals from a judgment of the Franklin County Court of Common Pleas finding him guilty of kidnapping with specification in violation of R.C. 2905.01, two counts of rape in violation of R.C. 2907.02, and aggravated burglary in violation of R.C. 2911.11. For the following reasons, we affirm the judgment of the trial court but remand with instructions.
