This is a divorce case with the principal issue on this appeal being whether the trial court abused its discretion in dividing the community property between the parties. Appellee Margaret Scott Smith instituted suit on December 7, 1976 against her husband, appellant Raymond John Smith, seeking a divorce on grounds of insupportability, asking for custody of their three children and a division of the estate of the parties.
