Petitioner-Appellant Arlene Otis appeals from a judgment denying her pro se motion for a temporary restraining order and a preliminary injunction against the Commissioner seeking to enjoin the Social Security Administration (SSA) from suspending her social security disability benefits. After the district court denied her relief, Ms. Otis filed a pro se petition for a writ of mandamus with this court, seeking an order directing the district court to enter a temporary restraining order preventing the SSA from suspending her benefits.
