The plaintiffs, George F. LeMaine and Donald W. Wallace, allege damages, actual and potential, to their business by the actions of Buford Y. Seals, Jr., their former partner, and the other named defendants (Seals’ wife, Robert A. Keene and John E. Keene and their respective wives, and Buford Enterprises, Inc.) and seek damages and injunctive relief. All except a portion of the fourth of the five causes of action set forth in' the complaint were dismissed, and the plaintiffs appeal.
