{1} Jerome Sedillo (Plaintiff) appeals from the district court’s orders granting summary judgment to the State of New Mexico Department of Public Safety, New Mexico State Police, Cabinet Secretary John Denko, ChiefiDeputy Secretary Carlos Maldonado, and New Mexico State Police Board (Defendants).
