The majority reverses the judgment on the basis of its determination that the trial court incorrectly upheld the decision by the defendant planning board of the city of Stamford (board) that the subdivision application by the plaintiff, Patricia Garrison, contained an inherent violation of “applicable zoning regulations.” I conclude that the board’s determination was correct and that the trial court properly upheld the board’s denial of the application.
