OPINION
{¶ 1} HLS Bonding, dba SMD/HLS Bonding Company (hereinafter "HLS"), appeals the judgment of the trial court, which affirmed a cease and desist order of the Ohio Civil Rights Commission (hereinafter "Commission") involving a retaliation claim by former employee Mark Glaser. On appeal, HLS contends that the trial court erred when it found that (1) the Commission established a prima facie case of retaliation, and (2) HLS's explanation for an adverse employment action was pretextual.
