Defendant has moved to dismiss plaintiff’s petition on the ground that this court lacks jurisdiction of the subject matter of the action.
For the purposes of this motion, the facts are as stated in the petition. Plaintiff, a New York corporation, operated an educational institution in Long Island City, New York. It entered into a contract with the Veterans’ Administration known as Contract No. V3006V-687.
