Michael Wilson appeals the judgment of the motion court sustaining in part and denying in part his Rule 24.035 motion for post-conviction relief without an evidentia-ry hearing. Mr. Wilson pled guilty to ten separate charges and was sentenced to twenty-years imprisonment on each count. Mr. Wilson claims that his guilty pleas to all ten charges were not knowingly, intelligently and voluntarily made.
