OPINION

Plaintiff Heather Guski brought wrongful death and survival actions against defendants Dr. Asim Raja, Midwest Emergency Associates, and Ingalls Memorial Hospital in her capacity as the independent administrator of the estate of her father, Gerald Parkison, who was found dead in his home four days after visiting the emergency room at Ingalls.
