TERRY JENNINGS, Justice.
Relator, Terri Cox Ferguson, has filed a motion for rehearing. See Tex.R.App. P. 49.3. We deny Ferguson’s motion for rehearing. I withdraw my January 10, 2013 opinion and substitute this opinion in its place.
