ORDER
COFFIN, United States Magistrate Judge.
Plaintiff filed discrimination claims in state court pursuant to Title II and Title III of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), the Rehabilitation Act, 42 U.S.C. § 1983, and state statutory and constitutional law.
Defendants removed the action to federal court. A preliminary injunction in favor of plaintiff issued on October 22, 1998. Defendant Ediger then was dismissed from the case, and the matter was tried to the court on February 3, 1999.
