This suit originated in Rockwall county, but by agreement of the parties the venue was changed to Dallas county. The suit is by Bettie Bartlett, ap-pellee, formerly Bettie Jones, widow of Charlie Jones, deceased, against Juliette A. Jones, appellant, mother of Charlie Jones, individually and as independent executrix of the estate of said Charlie Jones.
