Appeal (transferred to this court by order of the Appellate Division, Second Department) from an order of the Supreme Court (Beisner, J.), entered August 2, 1989 in Dutchess County, which, inter alia, granted plaintiff’s motion for summary judgment.
Plaintiff is a manufacturer and supplier of building materials located in Dutchess County. In April 1979, plaintiff began selling materials to defendants Miscione, Inc. and Miscione of Connecticut, Inc. (hereinafter the corporations).
