¶ 1. This appeal considers whether an arbitration provision in a contract for the transfer of structured settlement payment rights requires the arbitration of this dispute. The appellants argue that the parties’ agreement required that the dispute be resolved in arbitration and that the arbitrator decide the question of arbitrability of the dispute.
