This matter is before the court on Countrywide Home Loans, Inc. (“Countrywide”), LPP Mortgage, Ltd. (“LPP”), and Beal Bank, SSB (“Beal Bank”) (collectively, “Defendants”) motion for partial summary judgment in their favor pursuant to Rule 7056 of the Federal Rules of Bankruptcy Procedure. David and Connie Prince oppose the motion, but did not file a cross-motion.
