Appellant was indicted for murder and convicted of the crime of manslaughter in the circuit court of Claiborne County, and sentenced to the penitentiary for a term of 15 years. From that judgment he prosecutes this appeal.
The evidence was sufficient to sustain a conviction of murder. The court gave the state a manslaughter instruction. It is argued on behalf of appellant that this action of the court was reversible error. As stated, there was a conviction of manslaughter.
