Plaintiff Joseph M. Tortorelli (‘Tortorelli”) has appealed the dismissal of this action on limitations grounds and the denial of his motion for reconsideration and to vacate that dismissal. There was no error.

Tortorelli and defendant Daniel L. O’Callaghan (“O’Callaghan”) were involved in a motor vehicle accident on May 20, 2006. On October 25, 2007, Tortorelli commenced an automobile tort action against O’Callaghan in the Superior Court Department.
