BRYANT, Judge.

Where plaintiff was entitled to a continuing presumption of disability, the Commission's award denying defendant's request to terminate vocational rehabilitation services to plaintiff is affirmed.

On 9 June 1995, plaintiff Sandra Tinsley Moore, an employee of defendant Mohawk Industries, Inc., filed a Form 18 Notice of Accident to Employer. Plaintiff described the nature and extent of her injury as "a condition in [her] hands and arms, probably carpel tunnel syndrome."
