| .¿Regions Bank (“Regions”) appeals a judgment dismissing with prejudice, as a sanction for discovery violations, its claims against debtors on a promissory note and guarantees. Regions also appeals an earlier judgment denying its motion for summary judgment on the same promissory note and guarantees. For the following reasons, we vacate the judgment dismissing with prejudice Regions’ suit on the note and guarantees, grant Regions’ motion for summary judgment on the note and guarantees, and remand the matter for further proceedings on the debtors’ claims for damages…
