Judgment unanimously reversed, without costs, and petition dismissed. Memorandum: The *765County of Erie (County) appeals from a judgment which confirmed a no-fault arbitration award and granted petitioner Berent first-party benefits. The subject of the arbitration was an injury sustained by petitioner, a County employee, when he fell from a salt spreader attached to a County truck on January 22, 1979.
