This appeal is from the March 19, 1991 decision of the NS. Patent and Trademark Office (PTO) Trademark Trial and Appeal Board (board) dismissing, with prejudice, The Institut National Des Appellations D’Origine’s (INAO) Opposition No. 81,742. INAO opposed Vintners International Company, Inc.’s (Vintners) registration of the trademark CHABLIS WITH A TWIST for “a citrus flavored wine,” application Serial No. 73/730,097, filed May 23, 1988.
