In a proceeding pursuant to CPLR article 78, inter alia, to review a determination of the respondent East Meadow Union Free School District dated July 27, 1998, awarding an electrical contract to the respondent Palace Electrical Contractors, Inc., the petitioner appeals from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Nassau County (Gibson, R.), entered May 28, 1999, which denied the petition and dismissed the proceeding.
