This is an original action instituted in this court, wherein the plaintiff, IT. H. Champlin, seeks a writ of prohibition to prevent the defendants, the Oklahoma Tax Commission and Melvin Cornish, W. D. Humphrey, and John T. Bailey, in their official capacities as members thereof, from proceeding further with a review of income tax returns made by the plaintiff to the State Auditor under the 1915 income tax law of Oklahoma, as amended by the 1921 act, and also to prevent the defendant from disturbing and readjusting ■the decisions fixing the amount of tax to be paid as determined by the State…
