Appellant was found guilty of the larceny of neat cattle. He has appealed, and contends the trial court erred in overruling his plea in abatement, in admitting certain evidence, in giving a certain instruction, and further contends the evidence was insufficient to sustain the verdict. The facts may be stated briefly, as follows: In 1928 the appellant, Grady, was living on a ranch in Lane county.
