ORDER

JOHN T. LANEY, III, Bankruptcy Judge.

Kentucky Finance, Inc. (“Creditor”), filed a motion for relief from stay in this case on January 19, 1987. The motion was heard on February 24, 1987 at which time the facts were stipulated between counsel including a stipulation that the Debtor in this case is “an individual debtor whose debts are primarily consumer debts” as that phrase is used in § 547(c)(7) of the Bankruptcy Code (11 U.S.C. § 547(e)(7)).
