Before the Court is the Objection to Exemption filed by Ford Motor Credit Company, LLC (hereinafter the “Creditor”). The Creditor seeks to disallow Erica Danielle Williams’ (hereinafter the “Debtor”) exemption of garnished wages because the wages are not property of her bankruptcy estate. Accordingly, the Court must determine whether the Debtor held any interest in the garnished wages at the time she filed her Chapter 7 petition.
