Affirming.

In the year 1892, E. T. Webb and wife conveyed to their son, J. J, Webb, a tract of land in Letcher county, *575in consideration of the latter’s agreement to take care of and provide for tliem as long as they lived. In the year 1904, J. J. Webb died, leaving a widow, Liza Webb, wbo afterwards married John D. Fngate, and three children, Lula Webb, Joda Milton Webb and Roya Edward Webb, all of whom were under the age of fourteen years.
