HINES, Presiding Justice.

Jermichael Simmons appeals from his convictions and sentences for malice murder, rape, and aggravated sodomy in connection with the death of Jennifer Sutton. For the reasons that follow, we affirm.

Construed to support the verdicts, the evidence showed that on Saturday, March 16, 2013, Sutton’s body was found 50 feet from the road in an overgrown vacant lot in Swainsboro, Georgia.
