CRAHAN, Presiding Judge.

In an earlier appeal by Abigail Scott (“Wife”) and Marguerite Scott (“Daughter”), we held that Michael W. Flynn’s appointment as guardian and conservator of Wilmot Scott, now deceased husband of Abigail and father of Marguerite, was void for lack of service of process on Mr. Scott. Scott v. Scott, 882 S.W.2d 295 (Mo.App.1994). The claims in this case pertain to actions taken by Mr. Flynn as conservator prior to our ruling that his appointment was void.
