After the office of Worldwide Financial Services was searched and various items seized pursuant to a federal search warrant, Ken Tylman, Harry Woolen, Debra Hills, and James McNutt filed a petition, pursuant to Rule 41(e) of the Federal Rules of Criminal Procedure, seeking the return of the items and the suppression of evidence.
