MEMORANDUM OPINION

WILLIAM T. BODOH, Bankruptcy Judge.

This cause is before the Court on the emergency motion of Abbey National Treasury Services PLC (“Abbey National”) for modification of an interim order entered by the Court on December 29, 2000. That order permitted LTV Steel Company, Inc., Debtor and Debtor-in-Possession in these jointly administered proceedings (“Debtor”), to use cash assets that are claimed to be cash collateral in which Abbey National has an interest.
