Convicted of the crime of carnal knowledge of the complaining witness, Marjorie Retzlaff, a young girl lacking six days of being 12 years of age when the claimed offense took place, defendant ap peals from an order denying his motion to set aside the verdict, the sentence imposed, the judgment of conviction, the verdict, and for a new trial.
