Edward Karkoska brought suit against Johnson & Johnson, Ortho-McNeil Pharmaceutical, Inc., and Johnson & Johnson Pharmaceutical Research & Development, LLC (collectively, “defendants”), after he suffered injuries to his left Achilles tendon. He alleges that the prescription antibiotic Levaquin, which defendants designed, formulated, and marketed, caused those injuries.
